1. Service Fees
- All fees paid for recruitment, staffing, and consultancy services are generally non-refundable, as they cover the time, expertise, and resources invested in the hiring process.
 - Refund eligibility may apply only in cases outlined below.
 
2. Candidate Replacement Guarantee
- If a candidate placed through our services resigns or is terminated within the agreed guarantee period (specified in the service agreement), Tucker Limited LLC will make reasonable efforts to provide a replacement candidate at no additional cost.
 - If a suitable replacement cannot be found within a reasonable timeframe, a partial refund or credit may be offered, depending on the terms of the agreement.
 
3. Employer Cancellations
- If an employer cancels a recruitment project after work has begun, no refunds will be issued.
 - In some cases, a service credit may be applied toward future recruitment needs, at Tucker Limited LLC’s discretion.
 
4. Candidate Services
- Candidates using our services (such as resume review, job placement assistance, or career consulting) are not eligible for refunds once services have been rendered.
 
5. Exceptional Circumstances
Refund requests outside of the above conditions will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Tucker Limited LLC reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests at its sole discretion.
